Vicki Ammundsen is a director at Vicki Ammundsen Trust Law Limited and the author of a number of books on trusts and trustees including Taxation of Trusts, ed 3, CCH New Zealand Limited (2016) and The Trustee’s Handbook, ed 4; CCH New Zealand Limited (2014).

Vicki believes that trusts play an essential role in modern family and business management.  However, a lack of understanding of effective and correct trust management means that trusts are largely misunderstood and subject to abuse.
