Insolvent estates

 

Where an estate is insovenct the administrator (or a beneficiary) can, apply for an  order in accordance with s 381 of the Insolvency Act 2006.

Where such an application is made, the consent of any co-administrators, as well as the new administrator: Official Assignee, Public Trust (or some other suitable administrator) should be obtained.
